JOHNNY GET THE GUN

Johnny Get The Gun are a four piece from London, consisting of Wayne on vocals, Jack on guitar, Joe on bass and drummer Jamie. According to the band’s website, this single release is a pre-cursor to the band’s debut album which is due next month. ‘Take It’ has a heavy bass driven intro and is a straightforward rock track with a slight feel of The Cult about it. Wayne’s vocals have a nice bluesy edge to them. ‘In The Middle’ has a frenetic intro and is vaguely reminiscent of Green Day. Both tracks are high quality and bode well for the imminent album release.
